Mill House Guest House was born out of the historic Garvey’s Estate, located on the southwestern edge of St. Kitts and still well known in that name to the Kittitian and historians. This plantation dates back as far as 1734! Since then, the property has transitioned through various phases. 
​
Garvey's Estate last change in ownership has taken it from the ruins of an old Sugar Plantation to the revitalisation of the estate, featuring our main structure amidst the ruins of the chimney, called Mill House Guesthouse.  This has boldly brought Mill House Guesthouse into the present time whilst still cherishing the history of the estate.  
​
Today, our Mill House Guesthouse & Convention Centre is nestled between evergreen mountains, the Caribbean Sea, and complimented with its perfectly manicured lawns and beautiful gardens filled with coconut trees, mangoes, bananas, oranges, tamarind, aloe vera and soursop!  You will truly be in awe at the first glance from the rugged yet beautiful shorelines with undisturbed rocks and shells.
 
At the Mill House Guesthouse & Convention Centre, you will find yourself on a complex which has some of the most breathtaking scenery. We have the perfect accommodation for everyone, from families, groups of friends, couples looking for a romantic getaway, or even the solo traveller. Our goal is to give you a vacation to remember and return to visit us over and over again.

In addition, our convention centre has two large function rooms available and extensive manicured  lawns with endless possibilities for weddings, parties, or corporate functions.
